Father's House: Worship Strike & Community Outreach

Join us for a time of worship, serving and being the hands and feet of the gospel!

We will be kicking things off with a 24 hour worship strike in Pine Point, MN at the Club House, starting at 11am Thursday, June 13th and going until Friday at 11am, June 14th. Immediately following we will be cooking a lunch following our time of worship.

Then on Saturday the 15th, we will be having a kids fishing tournament and grill out from Noon - 3pm. As well as a wonderful time of music, food and fellowship back at the Pine Point Club House at 5pm with a great time of music and sharing.

We will then be ending our weekend back here, at Worship Barn, Sunday, June 16th at 10am. With a time of worship with our friends from South Dakota, Texas and Minnesota, as well as a time of sharing, followed by a potluck lunch!!

The following is a “rough outline” of the schedule of events at the outreach:

Thursday, June 13th - Friday, June 14th - 24 Hours of Worship / Music / Prayer

  • Under the tent in Pine Point, MN at the Club House

  • Beginning at 11am Thursday morning and going to 11am Friday morning

  • Local and regional musicians

  • Grilling brats and burgers during meal times

  • Peaches the clown making an appearance for the kids!!!

Saturday, June 15th - Legacy Fishing Derby

  • Family Fishing Day!!

  • 12 noon to 3pm - Meet in Pine Point at the Club House

  • Fishing and picnic at Big Rush lake - Van Shuttle Provided

  • Fishing gear provided

  • Youth prizes!!!

  • All youth must be accompanied by a parent or gardian

Saturday Evening, June 15th - Concert

  • 5pm - Grilling Starts!!!

  • 6pm - Concert with Dan & Sandy Adler

Sunday, June 16th - Sunday Worship Rally

  • 10am at the Worship Barn on HWY 34

  • Potluck style dinner after the service!

Reconciliation Sunday

Well, we know that it is Palm Sunday, but it was laid on our heart, that we would be reconciled to each other as the body of Christ. This means, taking that time to think of someone whom you may have broken relationships with and coming together in love and forgiveness, being reconciled to each other. If there is someone that the Lord is leading you to reach out to, follow His leading and help the Lord bring wholeness to you. Invite this person to church, or take them out for lunch or coffee. But let the Holy Spirit begin to heal and restore relationship.s

A Night of Prayer & Worship

Join us for a night of worship and prayer, as we intentionally seek the Lord in an environment of worship. We want this to be a time of seeking the face of the Father through prayer and giving thanks to Him through worship. Whether you want to come to sing, pray, dance or just rest in His presence…this is a time to seek the Lord through our offering of praise, worship and prayer.

Christmas Caroling

Christmas Caroling

Come sing along!! Last year our kids and youth were the ones out caroling, now this year we are having he adults join in too! The adults will carol at Park Manor and our Wednesday night kids and leaders will be caroling at Oak Crossing. Caroling will begin at 6:45, return to the church at 7:30 for Christmas goodies and Hot Chocolate.

Hayride & Fire

We are going to have an awesome evening out in the woods for a hayride and campfire at Tom & Arlyce Mohrs. We will meet at 4pm for a hayride around the countryside, followed by a campfire to roast hotdogs and marshmallows. Bowling & Pizza

As we are working tirelessly to finish the remodel on our kids wing, and preparing to start our Wednesday night activities in November, we wanted to plan a fun hangout night for our kids and their families.
